According to Apple, “Premium Service Providers consistently deliver exceptional repair support and customer experience that meet Apple’s exacting standard for high-quality repair and prompt service.” This marks the sixth consecutive year that Mactivate has been honoured as a Premium Service Provider since the program was introduced in 2012.

We are an Apple Authorised Premium Service Provider with full access to Apple Diagnostic suites and experienced technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any issue’s with your Mac. Note: We advise that you don’t use unauthorised repairers to fix your Mac, they use non-genuine parts and may further damage the device.

Simply bring your faulty Mac to our service centre. No Reservation Required. Plenty of FREE parking.

Quick Turnaround

Getting you back up and running is important therefore we have an in-house Service Centre. Most repairs are turned around in 1 – 5 working days. If you have a time critical repair we’ll endeavour to get you up and running as soon as is possible.

What should I do before I come in?

We recommend you make a Time Machine Back-Up of your Mac to an external drive before bringing it in for service.

Our business hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1.30pm Saturday.
