Bring your old computer into Mactivate (click here to find our location) with as many of its original accessories as possible: original box, power cord, original software installation disks, keyboard, mouse, etc. You and your computer must come into Mactivate, we do not accept them by mail. To be confirm Mac is not lost or stolen we would prefer to see some photo identification. Our staff will have the computer tested and give you a final offer based on the computer's condition and accessories included. If you accept the offer, you'll leave with payment
