Mactivate are authorized to troubleshoot, diagnose and replace faulty warranty iPods. If you have an iPod within warranty with a hardware fault we can facilitate it's replacement from Apple.
Your first step to diagnose a faulty iPod is to read the basic iPod troubleshooting instructions and the advanced troubleshooting steps. Many problems can be resolved by running the iPod Software Updater and restoring your iPod's software.

If this does not resolve your problem then please feel free to drop it into our office (link to map) between 9.00am & 5.30pm Monday to Friday (please avoid lunchtime between 1pm & 2pm). Alternatively contact us directly so we can arrange collection in the Dublin area for a fee of €15 each way. The typical turnaround time on iPod replacements is 4 to 5 working days.
